Optimal Wound Care

Transparent & Cost-Effective

The management of chronic wounds is a collaborative effort involving the patient, their relatives, physicians, nursing services, wound care specialists, and other healthcare professionals. We coordinate this collaboration and develop an optimal wound care plan in consultation with the attending physician, considering underlying conditions and contributing factors.

As an accredited service provider for statutory health insurance companies, we conduct regular wound assessments during patient visits, together with the responsible nursing staff and, if necessary, the attending physician. In parallel, we maintain a centralized digital wound documentation system, which is made available to all parties involved in the patient’s care.

We take a holistic approach and always stay close to the patient.

Our Network – Your Advantage

Our teams of certified wound care specialists operate nationwide and maintain strong connections with interdisciplinary professionals and institutions, such as vascular centers. This enables structured, interdisciplinary collaboration.
